Self-doubt is self-created

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Self-doubt is self-created my friend.

It’s a hard pill to swallow but an essential one for reclaiming your power and rewiring your mind. As high performers, it's our duty to take 100% responsibility of our thoughts and managing our mind – after all no one else can do it!

Here are some of the most common self-doubt thoughts I hear on a daily:

- I am not good enough.

- I am not confident to apply for a new job.

- I am lacking skills.

- Maybe I won’t succeed.

- I feel like I am lacking something.

- I worry I might embarrass myself.

- I am not worthy.

- I don’t have what it takes.

- And so on…

Do you run any of these stories?

I want you to get real factual here – are they true?

Like provable in a court of law true?

This is the power of coaching, it helps you see that the self-doubt and sabotage we have believed for years is in fact merely just a story we are rerunning. Like a really bad horror movie.

Here’s a little task for you – write down a list of disempowering thoughts/self-doubt thoughts you think regularly. Then review them and rewrite them in an empowering manner.

It's time my friend. Rewrite your story and remember that self-doubt is self-created. This means you can choose to self-trust and believe in your abilities.

You get to decide what’s true. Not your past or others. You!
